The FBOR building in Groningen is a new development of the University of Groningen Faculty of Mathematics & Physics. Two atriums with skylights are situated in the building. The biggest skylight has a span of 26 meters. On the long side the roof is executed with subtend beams.
The glasspanels are connected by stainless crucible steel nodes with a glued connection. The crucible steel nodes are supported by tensegrity support structure.
