Completion acoustic screen Munich

In Munich a large student accommodation has been completed where Octatube has realized two glass acoustic screens to protect the apartments against traffic noise. The building is currently extended, for which a third screen will be realized at the rail side of the building block.

The glass screens have a self-supporting steel structure with suspended horizontal trusses on the inside. This elegant structure ensures that the view from the balconies and the apartments is not obstructed.





The installation of the large glass sliding doors that open up the courtyards took place during snowfall.
